After Sristi Joshi Malla stepped down from the Chairperson of SABAH Nepal, Ms. Apsara Maharjan has been elected as the new Chairperson of SABAH Nepal. She has been actively working as a Home Based Worker (HBW) leader since 2009. We wish her a successful tenure.
SABAH Nepal would also like to welcome Ms. Babita Basnet to the Board of Directors. The new board brings together experienced leaders committed to empowering home-based workers across Nepal.
The organization remains dedicated to its mission of strengthening the livelihoods of financially deprived and marginalized home-based workers in the informal sector through skill enhancement, market linkages, and enterprise development.
